The Maintenance &
Safety Forum is organized annually by the International Motor Coach Group, Inc. (IMG) and its Owner/Operator Companies. MS&F, open solely to the
invited preferred travel supplier and vendor guests of the IMG
Owner/Operators, is focused on building long - term strategic partnerships.
IMG Supplier and Vendor Members are guaranteed an invitation to the meeting.
The forum brings together IMG's Owner/Operator members, comprised of the
premier operators of the motorcoach industry, with their preferred vendors
for several days of networking, information and idea exchange, problem
solving, soft sales, relationship building, education, and fun.
Maintenance and Safety has primarily been an internal, education opportunity
for the IMG Motor Coach operator owners, maintenance directors, safety directors,
and operations managers. However, the forum now provides a unique, new
meeting format, including even more interaction between vendors and operator
owners. Maintenance and Safety presents the industry vendors with an intimate
and beneficial opportunity to promote business partnerships based on general
win - win relationships. The Maintenance and Safety Forum, through both
structured and unstructured meeting sessions, provides an invaluable
opportunity for maintenance and safety personnel from the IMG companies and
their preferred vendors to meet, develop relationships, and share expertise. |

The Strategic Alliance Meeting
(SAM) is organized annually by the International Motor Coach Group, Inc. (IMG) and
its Owner/Operator Companies. SAM, open solely to the invited preferred
travel supplier and vendor guests of the IMG Owner/Operators, is focused on
building long - term strategic partnerships. IMG Supplier and Vendor Members
are guaranteed an invitation to the meeting. Each January, the IMG Motor Coach Operators compile a
list of those suppliers and vendors whom they wish to invite to SAM.
Suppliers and vendors who are interested in receiving an invitation to this
one - of - a - kind industry meeting may contact one of the IMG Motor Coach Operators with whom
they do business and ask to be included on their invitation list.
The exclusive and
private nature of the Strategic Alliance Meeting presents a unique business
experience and competitive advantage for those companies who receive an
invitation. The ratio of Travel Suppliers/Vendors to IMG Motor Coach Operator
Representatives at SAM is closely monitored and controlled to ensure a
successful and productive meeting for all. |

The Strategic Alliance Meeting takes place over a three

a table designated for their company. At their leisure, suppliers are
encouraged to meet with these charter and tour representatives. In addition
to the Business Trade Meetings, the program includes numerous networking and
