The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) sets minimum requirements for the maintaining of motorcoaches. IMG has set its member standards well in excess of the minimums. While the FMCSA standards are safe standards, the philosophy at IMG with regard to all of its operations, is to always go a step beyond. Members are monitored closely by IMG staff in order to ensure requirements are met. It also goes well beyond the safety aspects of the requirements looking at customer convenience equipment and the outside aesthetics of the coach with the same high priority as safety related issues.
