Operator/Shareholder Membership
New operator
membership in IMG begins with sponsorship by an existing IMG
Operator/Shareholder. Typically, the IMG sponsor and the potential
new member have an established business relationship. Discussions
regarding IMG membership fees, standards and program benefits,
as well as the potential member's fleet size and business practices
allow the sponsor to determine whether or not the new operator
should be recommended for IMG membership. If recommended, each
IMG Shareholder exercises his/her right to accept or reject
the new company for membership. Membership in IMG is granted
by a unanimous shareholder vote. Each IMG Shareholder purchases
one share of IMG stock, valued at $1,500.00 and pays IMG operator
annual marketing fees of $7,500.00. These fees provide support
to the following marketing programs:

Profile Page in the IMG Travel Resource
Guide. Distributed annually to 30,000 travel planners.

Centralized bulk purchasing discount programs
providing refunds and discounts for a wide array of products,
including: motorcoach equipment, consumables, parts, tires,
fuel, insurance services, cleaning products, first - run
airline edited movies, office supplies, etc.

Complimentary registration to the annual
Strategic Alliance Meeting (SAM), where IMG brings together
motorcoach members with their preferred industry suppliers
for results - oriented business meetings. Many industry
suppliers offer exclusive rates, programs and packages to
IMG Operators.

Complimentary registration to the annual
Maintenance & Safety Forum, where key maintenance and
safety personnel learn about new products and the latest
equipment, safety and operational techniques from industry
vendors, trainers and peers.

Access to the IMG Safety Network and 24-hour
emergency contact list. Service among IMG Shareholders is
backed by the IMG $3,500 Maintenance Guarantee.
